Implementation and additional services
Implementation is quoted separately at a fixed price for an agreed scope. This can include configuration, data import, training and acceptance support.
Additional training, integrations and bespoke development are quoted separately. Any additional charge requires your agreement before work starts.
Terms and support
Your quotation will confirm the subscription term, billing arrangements, support availability and implementation scope before you commit.
It will also set out the selected systems, user band, subscription price and any additional services.

Software, pricing and implementation
Is Consinova only for pharmaceutical businesses?
Pharmaceutical businesses are our main focus. We also consider requirements from other industries, including spreadsheets, reporting tools and workflow applications.
How much does Consinova cost?
Individual systems start from £149 to £495 per month for 1–15 named users. The five-system package starts from £1,350 per month. Prices are in GBP, excluding VAT where applicable. Implementation is quoted separately.
Can I combine systems?
Yes. Reduced package pricing is available for two or more systems. Your quotation lists the selected systems and total subscription. Buying several systems does not imply that every workflow or data source is automatically integrated.
Can the systems support a validated pharmaceutical process?
The configured system must be assessed and validated for its intended use. Validation scope, responsibilities, testing and evidence are agreed for each implementation; purchasing software does not itself validate the process.
