Who handles your information
Consinova is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. To ask about your information or exercise your rights, use the enquiry form and describe your privacy request. You do not need to be asking for a quote.
What we collect and why
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, organisation and the requirements you choose to provide. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal. Please do not send patient information, passwords or confidential records.
Where you request steps towards a contract with us, we use your details for those steps. For enquiries made on behalf of an organisation and other correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding and running our business. We do not use the form to sign you up for marketing.
Where your enquiry goes
Our website is hosted by Namecheap. Submitted enquiries are emailed to Consinova using our hosting provider and Google’s Gmail service. These providers process information to deliver, protect and store the service, and may process it in countries outside the UK, including the United States. Their applicable data protection terms govern that processing.
How long information is kept
We keep correspondence while we deal with the enquiry and any resulting proposal or working relationship. We review it when it is no longer needed, retaining only what is necessary for legal obligations or resolving a dispute. The website does not keep a database of enquiry messages.
The form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions and prevent duplicates. It expires after two hours. The server keeps short-lived submission references and hashed request information for that session. Abuse-prevention counters use an hourly hash of your IP address and are removed after about 48 hours during subsequent submissions. Our hosting provider may also keep access and security logs under its own retention arrangements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request erasure or restriction, and object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Data portability may apply to information processed for a contract. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and website storage
We use only the session cookie needed for the enquiry form. This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics. Your form entries stay in the page until you send them, copy them or download them; closing or refreshing the page clears unsent entries.
